Donation to Friends of Chichester Hospitals

Half the proceeds from the opening night were allocated to go to a local Charity. In early April, Fred Barber our Chairman presented a cheque for £400 on behalf of the Players to Jane Ramage the chair person of The Friends of Chichester Hospitals. The presentation took place at the eye clinic at St Richard’s Hospital accompanied by members of the eye clinic staff and The Friends committee members. At the end of the cheque presentation Fred was presented with a certificate in recognition of the Lavant Player’s donation to the Eye Appeal.
