Welcome to the Lavant Players

We are an active amateur group based in the village of Lavant a mile north of Chichester in the English county of West Sussex.  Our activities are geared to performing an annual all-age community production in January of each year; typically there will 30-40 cast members and a similar number of people supporting behind the scenes.  Recently we have introduced a second production in the autumn in a different format - a "Murder Mystery" supper evening.  We are friendly group and always welcome new members.  Our productions take place in the Lavant Memorial Hall; the location of the hall is shown in the box towards the bottom of this page:

Lavant Players present their much anticipated annual production from 25-28 January 2017 in the Lavant Memorial Hall from 7.30pm each evening with a Matinee Performance at 2.30pm on Saturday.  Shiver Me Timbers is a musical comedy loosely based on the story of Treasure Island.  Watch our intrepid adventurers sail the seven seas in search of treasure - will they find it or be thwarted by the local cannibals or Long John Silver and his pirates? Come and find out. Tickets only £9.00 from the box office 01243-816581, email or use the webform here
